If you change your mind or would like to think, we understand!
At Les Tricots de Margot, you have fifteen days from the date of reception, to change or return one or more items. For any purchase (that has not been worn), you can ask for a refund.
- 1) Go to your account, into the section “order history” and select “Details” for the order you want to refund.
- 2) Check the box(es) of the product(s) you wish to return and click on “request a return”. Please, specify in the box above the reason of your return.
- 3) Once we have approved your return (it should be done the following day), you will be able to print out the return form and place it in your parcel with the returned item(s).
Please send your parcel to the address below (we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or a similar system as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us):

Once we have received your return item(s), we will proceed to refund your items and the cost of the original postage (if all items have been returned).
The refund transfer will take 2 to 3 days to arrive on your account.
If you return a faulty product, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as represented on the parcel.
